Worship Staff

As Worship Pastor at New Life Church, Brad Parsley leads worship in the Sunday morning services, as well as directs the NewLifeWorship Choir. He has sung on several Integrity Music recordings, including “Around Your Throne,” “I Am Free,” and “My Savior Lives.”
 

Brad has served on staff at New Life Church since 1996, but spent 2006 and 2007 serving as the Worship Pastor with Chris Hodges at Church of the Highlands in Birmingham, Alabama. While there, Highlands grew from about 3,000 to 8,000 active members. He also helped start the Highlands Worship School, designed to train and equip worship leaders for the local church. He has a passion to lead people into the presence of God, and loves to help people fulfill their God-given destiny.
 

Brad and his beautiful wife, Andrea, have been married since 1999 and have 5 fabulous children: Caleb, Emma, Paige, Brooke, and Micah.

Glenn Packiam is the Director of New Life School of Worship and an Associate Worship Pastor. He is the primary worship leader for New Life's college ministry, theMILL, as well as a leader for New Life's Sunday morning services. Glenn is also one of the worship leaders and songwriters for the Desperation Band and is an exclusive songwriter with Integrity Music. What all this means is that Glenn attends a lot of meetings, talks to a lot of people, plays a lot of music, and drinks a lot of coffee. And all of that eventually led to a book. Glenn is now the author of Butterfly in Brazil: How Your Life Can Make a World of Difference, published by Tyndale House.

Glenn and his absolutely amazing wife, Holly, and their two adorable daughters, Sophia and Norah, are enjoying life in the shadow of the Rocky Mountains.

Matthew serves as worship pastor for the Sunday Night Campus as well as worship leader and instrumentalist in the Sunday morning worship service rotation.  He has also produced many of New Life Worship’s recording projects for Integrity Music, including “I am Free”, “Who You Are”, “My Savior Lives”, “Everyone Overcome” and “Counting on God”.  He and his wife Elaine have three children: Luke Nicholas and Lauren (Preem).

Jon Egan has a passion to see the church impact the next generation through worship. As an associate worship pastor at New Life, Jon works alongside the NewLifeWorship team to create an atmosphere of praise and worship that draws people into God’s presence and introduces them to freedom through the cross.

Jon is an integral leader of the New Life church worship team, designing all album art and producing all New Life Worship DVD’s.  Leading worship on a weekly basis at New Life, Jon is the youth worship Pastor and helped to establish The Desperation Band.  Jon has written many songs over the past five years for New Life including ‘Endlessly’, ‘Here In Your Presence’, ‘Rooftops’, ‘Who You Are’, ‘My Savior Lives’, ‘Overcome’, and the quickly rising ‘I Am Free’,
