Every church’s worship ministry, at its core, exists to help people experience God and develop a life of worship. We all want people to enter our churches and experience God’s life, love, joy, conviction, and all the wonderful riches of His presence. We want them to learn to surrender and obey, to allow the King of Glory to enter their hearts and rule. That is what our worship ministries exist to do.

But when it comes down to actually leading our worship ministry, a myriad of questions arise: How do we engage our youth while not disenfranchising our elders? How can we incorporate technology in our worship service without being distracting? How do we recruit and maintain volunteers? And does anybody know how to keep the altos and their attitudes in check?

The ENTER Worship Conference is designed to help local churches do worship ministry well. It is a worship conference is led by practitioners, leaders of local church worship ministries. It is practical and experiential training for local churches by local church people.
