Choir Structure

We've developed four core areas of leadership to serve the choir. Each area is led by a Core Leader who enthusiastically enlists a team of choir members uniquely suited for each area.

• Spiritual Life - This team provides the pastoral care and spiritual leadership to the choir by leading prayer and devotionals during rehearsals, serving on the altar ministry teams, and facilitating hospital visitation and meals.
• Connection - This vital team encourages community by providing intentional points of connection with their greeter team, facilitating our weekly guest reception, organizing special events, and providing audition interviews.
• Musical - The music team is made up choir members who serve as section leaders, assist with music arranging, choir directors, music librarians, and the team who facilitates the musical portion of auditions.
• Logistics - This team is the backbone of the choir by making sure all the details and systems are in place for rehearsals, Sunday morning services, auditions, volunteer coordination, and administrative support for the staff.
